Every Sunday during June 20 - July 5, you’ll find us at Pengrove Market—grilling, prepping, and serving Thai street food in a more casual, come-and-go setting.
The menu is : Khao Tod (Crispy Rice Ball)
A family secret recipe you won’t easily find anywhere else — even in Thailand. Jasmine rice is mixed with chili paste, pork, and egg, then pan-fried until crisp on the outside and fragrant inside. Served with fresh vegetables to eat alongside each bite.
